Tech Foundations BY Nathan Schmidt P5-24

Tech Foundations is the start to learning how to use computers and engines. Most basic aspects of computers are taught in Tech Foundations. This class prepares you for more advanced classes in school involving computers or other technology, such as photography classes. I have learned how to use various tools involving computers like flash-drives. Mr. K has also taught other useful techniques like proper posture while typing so that we don't injure or strain our ligaments and wrists. This knowledge really helps us if we decide to go into a career involving technology. In my opinion, Mr. K excels at teaching tech foundation students how to apply these new technological skills in real life. Tech foundations is an important class even if you don't plan on going into a technology-based career because it can help you use your home computer and electronics. Also, sometimes your boss may assign a project for you to make an advertisement or poster, which can be completed with what you have learned in tech foundations.
