Pricing - Land Only
There is a Planning and Consultation fee of $25 per person. This contract is included along with this email. Once the contract is signed and emailed back to me and the fee is paid, planning and booking will begin.
Flights are not available until 330 days prior to departure making that around the middle of 2021. Date TBA.
All rooms are based on double occupancy. There is the option of 1 person in a room and the additional single supplement is $370 added to the total.
The price for land is $2,474 per person. Air can be added or purchased separately once available. The initial deposit is $250 per person. Travel insurance is $249 per person and can be paid at the same time of paying the initial deposit or any time up to 2 weeks after initial deposit is made. Beyond 2 weeks it is no longer an option. I do advise everyone to purchase trip insurance particularly during these times.
If there is an existing medical issue, it is advised that the trip insurance be paid at the same time as the initial deposit making it $499 per person. This assures that the existing medical issue is covered.
I'll need names as they appear on your passport, your date of birth, your address , and an emergency contact name and phone number. As soon as you have your deposit give me a call and I can add your payment.
Just like these two, I am sooooo excited about this venture!!! Lol. At this point, there are only 4 rooms available as of today (8 travelers). I have 10 already locked in and reserved by others. Beyond that, act quickly to secure one of the 4 remaining rooms. Looking forward to working with YOU. Feel free to contact me with questions and or comments. Once I've received the names and email address of travelers, I'll be contacting everyone regarding a Webinar so we can discuss details.
In the meantime, have a Very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous and Happy New Year!!!
