Some product examples are charged bandit 2 sneakers which go for $100.00 and a light weight fleece goes for around $55.00. They use social media, magazine ads, and tv commercials to advertise.

Strengths: Use famous athletes in ads, good use of technology, good brand recognition

Weaknesses: Lots of competition, no special product, small footwear line

Opportunities: International expansion, expand footwear line, expand market for women

Threats: Competition and endorsing irresponsible athletes
