What are our classes like?

Small Group Personal Training
You are a Rock Star!
All of our group training classes are centered around balanced functional mobility and strength that easily translates into your daily life. All sequences and movements can be modified to meet your level of fitness and experience.

Core essentials

Get back to basics and avoid injury and strain by establishing balance and coordination through and between the two main movement centers of your body, your shoulders and your hips. You will experience full body workouts that will challenge your concept of what it means to ‘move from the core’ and establish a stable base to build greater strength. Great for beginners as well as for fitness buffs that need a good refresher on the basics.

Essential strength

Slow it down to build it up is the philosophy of this class! Each class will be rooted in full body movement with a focus on either upper or lower body strength and weight bearing endurance.

Next level

Bring it together and kick it into gear! This class combines and amplifies all of the principles from the ‘Core Essentials’ and ‘Essential Strength’ classes and adds strong cardio and plyometric elements to build endurance and explosive strength.

Mindful Movement

Mindfulness begins with paying attention. You will not believe the gains you can make when you slow down and bring your attention into each movement with intention. This class can be described as “Zen Calisthenics”.

Yoga isn't about being flexible. Yoga was more so created to calm the fluctuations of the mind. There are countless benefits from practicing yoga, including pain reduction, improved stress management, improved circulation, better body alignment, awareness of breath-body-mind connection, the list goes on!

Rinse Yoga

This class will be centered around gentle opening twists. Breathing into properly aligned twisting poses helps to restore the spines natural range of motion. This energizes our bodies and brings fluidity back to our joins also helping with low back pack pain and aiding in digestion. Class not advised for pregnancy

Breathe Yoga

Our "Prana" is our Breath. Also our vital energy force! In the world today we literally forget how to breath which interrupts other bodily functions and plays a major part in stress. Come reconnect with your breath and learn to incorporate mindful breathing into your daily life.

Strength Flow

Come break a sweat and move with intention! Explore connecting deep Ujjayi breathing with each movement to free areas of stickiness and tension throughout the body.

Chakra Balance Yoga

Working through breathing, grounding, lengthening and strengthening we connect with your subtle body, the energetic form of our bodies. This creates balance helping to reduce stress and improve body mindfulness.

Mini Me Yoga

Bring the kids for a fun and refreshing flow let by our own mother-daughter yoga duo Tisha and McKade! This will be a wonderful time to deepen your conscious connection with your most loved ones.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of exercise/meditation/martial art. Tai Chi movements are performed slowly, softly and gracefully with smooth and even transitions.

Tai Chi Styles:

  • Yang Style: 24 Simplified form and long form
  • Chen Style: 48 Essential form
  • Wu/Hao Style: long form
  • Tai Chi for Arthritis
  • Sword: Yang and Chen styles, double sword, two person sword
  • Fan: Flying Rainbow Fan, two person fan
QiGong comes from two Chinese words: Qi (chee) means energy and gong (gung) means a skill or a practice. QiGong therefore means a skill or practice of cultivating energy. QiGong can provide all the benefits of meditation coupled with physical exercise.

The documented history of QiGong goes back approximately 2,500 years. The type of QiGong taught in this class is called Ba Duan Jin (or Eight Pieces of Brocade) and was developed in the 12th century. It is called “Brocades” because the movements are soft, smooth, graceful and continuous like a beautiful brocade pattern. Open to all levels.
