Monkeys and Apes what's the difference?

MONKEY BABIES

Both monkeys and apes are good parents. Some monkey mothers stay with their young until one or two years old. Apes care longer for their babies than monkeys do. They care for their babies for about five years.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

Monkeys usually have a tail, and a small and light body. Apes have a large heavy body, and no tail.

THAT'S AMAZING

Howler monkeys are the world's loudest land animal.

SPIDER MONKEY

A spider monkey uses its strong tail to hang on tall branches and sleep on them.

Japanese Macaques

Japanese macaques like to roll up big snow balls and play in the snow.

THE NOSE KNOWS

Monkeys usually have bigger noses than apes. They count More on their sense of smell than vision.

HOW BIG?

Monkeys are smaller than apes. the worlds smallest monkey is the Pygmy Marmoset.

I think monkeys are way cooler than apes because they are way more athletic.
