This home can't actually change it's own location, yet it is able to change the location of the people and objects within itself trought the use of the Location tablets(black and white). Bassically every particles the home is made of are really tiny teloportation device to wich the tablets send different "messages" wich are coded electric waves. There are many complexe programs and systems installed to make sure the waves don't affect sommeone else's house or any other teleportation device made in a similiar way.
