Vitamins are essential for the human body. We must have these small things to survive. Working with minerals they are very effective. The Vitamins you hear about the most is Vitamins K,A,D,E.
They function as coenzymes that help the body obtain energy from food. a.k.a they suck all water out of fat. :)

You can get B vitamins from proteins such as fish, poultry, meat, eggs, and dairy products. Gives you energy so its good for morning and before practicing. The is deficiency is spina bifida.
