Serena Williams is a very powerful woman who has influenced women of all ages to be active no matter what your sex or color is. Before title IX women were held to a lower standard, we were seen as less than men they offered us less equipment and activities to participate in. Due to the Title IX now women have received more then what they would we have back then we are seen now as an equal and not a lesser value. Selena Williams taught us that we can achieve anything no matter if we are a woman.
