Rapid Industrial development has been a blessing for americans if anything By brandyn Anderson hr 2

Industrial Revolution and Development was and still is essential to AmericaThe reason why we’re even question if rapid industrial development has been a blessing or a curse to Americans is because it made America the way it is now. Rapid Industrial Development is a blessing to Americans because transportation became more developed, there were more job opportunities, and because of the New Technology/Machines.

Transportation Rates

Alternatively, Rapid Industrial Development made Transportation rates go up in the following years of 1830 to 1850 when it was at it’s peak. Transportation back then was extremely expensive compared to what it costs now. Railroads were really essential in the 1800’s. This was a blessing to rapid industrial development because if there weren’t any type of transportation back then, supplies, slaves, route maps, etc. wouldn't be transported and that would've stabbed the American Economy in the back because transportation is essential to almost everything and everyone.

Job Opportunities

On the other hand, other reason why Rapid Industrial development was a blessing to Americans is because it gave Americans more job opportunities. In the 19th century, workers had very poor working conditions such as minimum wage, unemployment insurance, and hours of labor. Industrial Revolution gained momentum, the government wanted a new approach in its effort towards a business sector, to create job opportunities, and provide Vocational training. As the years go by wages, remuneration, and salaries have risen and there wouldn't really be a variety of jobs to choose from. If there weren't occupations back in the 19th century. Late in the 20th century, workers are receiving a whole new better wage, and reimbursement for job-related schooling.

Machines & Technology

As a final point, my final reason of why Rapid Industrial development has been a blessing is because of the Machines/Technology in the 19th century. Roads, Canals, Ships, all mutual to the Industrial Revolution. The Cotton Gin, made by an American Eli Whitney, was used to push the cotton seeds out of the cotton, interchangeable parts was the mass productions of many products. Factory system changed people's life. The steam engine powered many labor-saving objects such as the mechanical reaper. But the pace of innovation and tech keeps increasing. That's why Machines/Technology had a huge impact on Industrial Revolution and that it’s makes Rapid Industrial Development a blessing for Americans.
