ZotAbility Ally Workshops
This fall, Disability Services Center hosted three remote 90-minute ZotAbility Ally workshops for faculty, staff, TAs and students.
These interactive workshops challenge personal biases, provide awareness and promote diversity, with first-hand experiences from UCI students.
Student Affairs staff participated in the inaugural Common Read initiative with How to Be An Antiracist by historian Ibram X. Kendi, discussing the book in small groups.
The final event, Common Read Conversation, closed out the initiative with a large group discussion, breakout conversations and poignant reflections by participants.
