Vegetarianism is not Making America Healthier Valerie Smith

This chart shows the relationship between the amounts of vegetarians, obese people, and the amount of people who take supplements to replace nutrition one gets from meat.
However, as the amount of supplements supplied in a vegetarian diet go down, anemia increases. The lack of supplements show a direct cause in higher rates of anemia.
This chart shows direct causation to anemia as a lack of zinc is also a key factor to causing anemia.
Why not get the protein you need from just eating meat in place of taking artificial supplements? This graph overall proves eating meat is healthier.
