Belmont University Performing Arts Center Coming Fall 2021

The Largest Classroom on Campus

Belmont University doesn’t simply make its home in Music City—it helps define this creative mecca by infusing its venues, performance halls, industry offices and studios with the talent that makes this town shine.

Belmont’s programs in the performing arts are shaping the future of music in this city and around the world as alumni educated on this campus are touring sold-out arenas, forming the backbone of countless symphonies, stealing the stage on Broadway and inspiring audiences everywhere. These students and alumni who boldly embody Belmont’s “From Here to Anywhere” mantra deserve a world class venue to perfect their craft.

This 1,700-seat multipurpose space will create the largest classroom on campus, offering students the opportunity to learn, create and perform.

An Arts District

Imagine students taking the stage on campus next to world class entertainers in front of a sold-out crowd. Where else could a college student say they shared the stage with Music Row recording artists, opera singers, or Broadway stars to the delight of millions of Americans tuning-in to see the nationally broadcast Christmas at Belmont in a world-class performance hall?

The new Belmont University Performing Arts Center makes this possibility a reality.

From Christian and classical music, to Broadway and rock n’ roll, there will be something for everyone when the curtain is raised in the fall of 2021, not only for campus but also for the greater Nashville community.
