Your body can also feel uncomfortable during moments of anxiety, is a feeling you have when you feel worried, therefore, you can have headaches, a headache is when you feel pain on your head or neck, or even feel sick. When you feel stressed out you will feel like you are unable to concentrate. The longer the stress lasts, the worse it is for both your mind and body. When you have anxiety, you may feel as though things will never get better, but it can always get better. Lastly, if you still haven’t figured out how to manage stress, your body can possibly trigger a heart attack.
