"My internship experience gave me great exposure to how a small company is operated. I was able to put my foot in the door in different aspects of the company. I assisted in accounting, creating in promotional gear for the company, and even got to sit in on some sales call and meetings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and it opened doors into the business sector that I hope to explore more of." -Junior Meghan Holland

"I found it extremely beneficial to take this research opportunity in Belize because I am able to have an incredible out-of-country experience during my Smith career. It also gave me amazing work experience." - Senior Mandy Castro
