What we need:

• 500g of fresh spinach
• 500ml full cream milk
• 4 big soup spoons of oatmeal
• 3 big soup spoons of sunflower oil
• 1 big onion
• 4 pieces of garlic
• 1 whipping cream
• salt,spices

• Practise:
• Fry gently choppep onion in oil then add garlic and oat meal and fry it until onion will have yellow color
• Add spinach,milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt and whipping cream
• Serve that with roasted bread cubes and grated parmesan by taste
