The Armada Agricultural Society held their annual meeting on December 4, 2017 at the Armada High School Cafeteria. Memberships were confirmed and voting was held to elect seven members onto the board. To view board members click here: 2017-2018 Board Members.

The yearly budget was presented and reviewed by all members. The board discussed long-term planning objectives for the coming year(s): new structures, renovations, and other smaller projects.

The board held their monthly meeting on December 11, 2017. The December meeting minutes are attached below:

Board Members represented the Armada Fair at the 133rd MAFE Convention January 11-13, 2018. This yearly tradition allowed us to showcase our fair and to see how other fairs operate.

MEMBERSHIP: A membership entitles an individual to run for the Board of Directors and vote at the Annual Meeting in December. Memberships are only $10.00 and can be purchased at the Armada Fair Office.

The Youth Livestock Sale Participation Form is due January 15, 2018 by 4:00PM. Please visit this link (Youth Livestock Sale) to find the form and more information about the Youth Livestock Sale.

Elections for the Armada Fair Youth Livestock Committee will take place on Monday, January 22, 2018. There are both adult and youth positions open. All clubs participating in the Armada Fair Youth Livestock Auction and/or Silent Auction are strongly encouraged to have representation on the committee. Elections will take place on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 7PM. Voting will be held on the Armada Fairgrounds in the Grange Hall. If you have any questions please email: Jmclark2017@frontier.com

Steer Tagging will be held on the first Sunday in February (2/4/18) from 12PM-2PM at the Armada Fair Grounds.
