Spring into Success #SpringCESA6 Summit 2020

Growing Event

The second annual Spring into Success Summit doubled from two sites to four, with about 3,500 educators, 130 speakers, 85 breakout sessions and 4 keynotes.

Thank you to the generosity of our host school districts:

  • Campbellsport School District
  • Menasha Joint School District
  • Neenah Joint School District
  • Slinger School District

Students first

Slinger High School's beautiful Vocal Jazz performance reminded us why we are here: our students.

Listen to these fabulous musicians who dressed up and performed on their no-school day!

Stirring District pride

The cheer team sparked an energetic kickoff in the Menasha High School auditorium. #MenashaPride

Culture of innovation

Keynote speaker Don Wettrick told educators they need to innovate to help students thrive in the changing global economy.

Will our children be ready?

Students in Wettrick's "Innovation Class" have filed patents for their projects and learned how to fail and pivot.

"The entrepreneurial mindset is king!"

Happiness advantage

Aaron Sadoff, 2019 WI Superintendent of the Year, preached Shawn Achor's positivity mindset and saw his district's Open Enrollment In numbers rise.

I "get to" help students learn and grow!

Focus on what makes you happy

You can't control life. But you can control your reactions. When life gets you down, put things into perspective and focus on what brings you happiness. - Aaron Sadoff

Have you lost your purpose?

Social entrepreneur and author Deanna Singh thanked educators for doing THE most important job on the planet.

If you have lost your way, she said, jot down your purpose and commit 15 minutes a day to reinvigorate that purpose.

BE who you needed when you were younger

Educators serve as the cornerstone for their students ~ CESA 6 CEO and Smart Thinking Podcast host Ted Neitzke

You are beautifully flawed - and so are your students. But every single day YOU MATTER to your students!

Thanks to our presenters!

This event wouldn't be possible without all of the great speakers from our region's school districts, CESA 6's experienced consultants and national presenters.
