Start off by mixing the ingredients together in a bowl. Be sure to stir it carefully, and don't forget to blend it! This is also a great time to pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

Bake the cookies for 11-13 minutes, and then remove them from the oven. While you allow them time to cool, prepare the chocolate chip dip. Dump the rest of your chocolate chips into a pan and place the heat on low. Let the chocolate melt, occasionally stirring. Once everything is ready, dunk a cookie into the melted chocolate, and then place it on a new cookie sheet.
