Start Times / Cut Off Times - Full & Half Marathon and Family Fun Run - Race Numbers etc
Marathon & Half Marathon - Start at 10:00, this should give you plenty of time for last minute toilet stops. Start is located 30 seconds from registration.
Cut Off Times - Cut off time of 7 hours, for both the half and the full marathon. If you feel you may not make the cutoff times, we have the option for you to start 1 hour early.
Family Fun Run - Starts at 10:45, you can register for this on the day with the lovely staff at the YMCA from 09:00 (visit them in the reception area) Just 3km with a 75 foot bouncy castle to finish! Licensed bar. Live music. Fun Fair.
Race Numbers etc - Race numbers and timing chips are to be collected from registration when you sign in.

Catering - From early morning, cafe with hot cold drinks + food, the bar will be ready and open for when you finish, and event village awaiting your return
Entertainment / Community Festival - This year we are bringing a summer fete feel to the event village with bands, a whole lot more, remember to bring your family and friends.
Changing Facilities - There are male and female changing rooms at the YMCA showered and some lockers.
Baggage Store - A staffed baggage store is available near the indoor registration area, on the ground floor of the YMCA, collect a baggage tag when you collect your race number
ID - Do I need to bring any forms with me, No, at registration you will need to provide your name and address details & an emergency contact. If you have decided to give your place to someone else it is important that you let us know at registration so that we can update our records in case of an emergency, and for timing purposes.
Head Phones - You will be running on single carriageway roads, you will need to follow marshal instructions, there will be traffic & we will ask you to remove them if we catch you wearing them.
Parking - For all participants, friends and families is available for within the grounds of the YMCA, there is a small £3.00 charge for this, all proceeds going to charity. Please do not park on any of the side roads in the area.
VIP - Parking is reserved on the left as you enter the YMCA grounds, when you arrive you will collect you VIP pass as you park.
As with any race, it doesnt happen without awesome volunteers/marshals, if you have friends and family joining you, why not ask them if they could help ut for a few hours. We can be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org
