CONSCIOUS PARENTING NIGHT

We are looking forward to our upcoming dinner and presentation from Annette Chastain for PSD Preschool and Kindergarten families. Just a reminder of the details for those who have returned the REQUIRED RSVP:

  • May 10, 2018
  • Dinner served--- 5:00-6:00 pm
  • Childcare available--- 5:45-7:00 pm
  • Conscious Parenting Program--- 6:00-7:00 pm

SALMON FIELD TRIP

There are 250,000 Coho Salmon in these ponds. The fish are getting ready to be released into the river to begin their journey to the ocean. The salmon will return to the Umatilla in about three years.

THREE PIGGY OPERA

Our students are busy preparing for the "Three Piggy Opera" with Mrs. Dinkel. On Wednesday, May 30th , the kindergarteners will present their program at the following times in our PELC gym:

9:00 am- Corey, McGraw, Wyss, Campbell

12:15 pm- Zimmerman, Levy, Bostwick

1:30 pm- Torrence, Jones, Yoshioka, Johnson

PSD ART SHOW

1st Grade Sneak Peek

1st grade is right around the corner! ALL current kindergarten students are invited to take a “SNEAK PEEK” at your student’s school for 2018-2019. Your child will receive a postcard from next year's attendance school. We hope you can participate on May 24th from 4:30-6:00 pm to tour next year's school and playground.

We truly appreciate the time and effort of so many to complete our recent PELC Climate Survey. During our last In-service day we carefully reviewed the results, looked at areas of strengths and identified opportunities for growth. Thank-you for the great feedback!
