Wells Fargo "Together we'll go far"

Wells Fargo is a financial services company with $1.9 trillion in assets ranking them third in assets among U.S. banks. They provide banking, insurance, investments, mortgage, and consumer and commercial financial services in more then 8,600 locations and 13,000 ATMs. Wells Fargo has approximately 268,000 team members and serve 70 million customers.

Vision Statement: "We want to satisfy our customers' financial needs and help them succeed financially."

I originally became interested in Wells Fargo when a representative presented their amazing summer internship to my club. Throughout the internship you get hands on experience by setting up new students' bank accounts at UF preview.

Wells Fargo is an industry leader in supporting homeowners and consumers, in insurance, in helping small businesses, in wealth and investment management, and in commercial and residential real estate. In 2015, it was named "Most Admired" among the world's largest banks by Fortune magazine.

Wells Fargo also leads in innovation leadership, diversity, and corporate social responsibility. 41% of their workforce is ethnically/racially diverse and 56% of their workforce are women.

Corporate Social Responsibility is rooted in Wells Fargo's culture of caring for the community. They are very involved in philanthropy and donated $281.3 million to 16,300 nonprofits in 2015. Most of that money was donated to education, community development, and environmental nonprofit organizations.

In conclusion, I want to work for Wells Fargo because as you can see they have a great company and they genuinely value their customers and employees by providing great service and giving back to the community. They are a top company in many areas and I believe they will help to get my career started.
