In humble surroundings, invited by the infinite possibilities of yoga YIN Yoga . Holding poses with a purpose to influence the body's meridians energetic channels and deeply open hips, pelvis and spine to create space in the joints to nourish the connective tissues. The work in these deceptively challenging poses is to finding ease in the discomfort that arises thru meditative awareness of the sensations as they come up and as you change and let them go; Leaving you with the feeling of freedom and liberation of body and mind.
This is the general Term used for physical practices of Yoga. Hatha Yoga, often translated as the marriage of the opposite to invite balance; Ha- Sun, Tha- Moon. This refers to the balance of feminine- calm receptive, cool- and masculine- active, hot, sun with in all of us. Hatha Yoga is a powerful tool for self transformation. It's facilitates our attention to our breath, which helps us to slow down our mind's fluctuations and become more present in the reveal of each moment.
"Yoga Breathing or Pranayama", is the foundation of our yoga practice which is the source of Prana or vital life force. Here begins with depending of the breathing with 3-part breath; Inhale, hold, exhale. Conqueror Breath; Ujjai Pranayama commonly translated "victorious breath", is the beginner-friendly carefully taken inhales and exhales thru the nose with a slight restriction in the back of the throat, Ujjai breath provides a good value when moving from pose to pose.. Then it moves to more advance breath practices such as Kapalabhati- breath of fire, Deep inhales with forceful way of pumping the exhales. Often called, channel cleansing Breath.
