Directions: You will be creating a poster comparing and contrasting six U.S. Presidents that served during the Cold War era. Use the resources provided below to search the web to find information on how these six presidents dealt with the Soviet Union. The presidents you will be researching are as followed; Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, Lydon Johnson, and Richard Nixon.

Poster Assignment: On a poster piece of paper, dedicate six sections to each president. Write or type a paragraph (5-7 sentences) answering the essential question, During the Cold War, how did the Presidents of the United States deal with the Soviet Union? Then, draw or print off a picture that depicts the President or the era of his presidency.
