Pricing Structure - NOW offering two options!

Option 1: Employer paid monthly fee

  • 3-99 employees - $2 per month per employee
  • 100-999 employees - $1.35 per month per employee
  • 1000+ employees - $.95 per month per employee

Option 2: Aflac funded MeMD (If you offer this Aflac funded, you cannot offer another Aflac funded value added service in this group. Aflac will pay for *1* value added service.

Employee still pays $25 per call

Anything else I should know?
  • Accounts set up on Everwell where you have approval to run a "self service" enrollment DO NOT QUALIFY for this. These are used to improve your enrollment conditions!
  • Everwell sends employer data to MeMD on the 12th and the 28th of the month.
  • If someone signs up for MeMD on the 13th, the information will not be received by MeMD until the 28th of the month.
  • On the first of the month of MeMD service, employer decision maker will receive a welcome email or a call advising your client of next steps.
How is the monthly premium collected for MeMD?
  • Money is collected by Piedmont & the initial call or email will come from Piedmont.
  • On the 15th of the month, payment will be withdrawn from the requested bank account.

If payment info is sent to MeMD later than requested, first bill could be for more than one month.

MeMD is an employer paid offering, not optional voluntary benefit. The business owner has agreed to purchase this for ALL employees on the census file, regardless of whether the employees purchase Aflac policies.

  • Click on "Everwell" link
  • Select state of Texas (defaults to Alabama)
  • Select the VAS_Telemed_ER or VAS_Telemed_HQ, depending on what you are selling
