A quick graphic design note on how the Mattermark Daily email appears in my Apple Mail inbox on iPhone 6s.
Because the top of the email starts with info that typically goes in the footer (share buttons, intro about what this is), the day's content does not display above the fold.
So every day, what I see when I move through my email is the exact same info for Mattermark. It is only when I go farther down that I see what is new for today.
But what about using a more standard approach where the content the user sees above the fold *IS* what's new for today?
Could be more effective. Like this...
