ISAAC LAB ART&MULTIMEDIA LABORATORY

ISAACLAB is digital-content-only art laboratory. I'm always studying and improving my skills in order to create multimedial works of art. My aim is, with time, being able to create comics, animations and interactive products like visual novels or games in which storytelling and visual experimentation will be at their core.

As for 7th March 2017 my current abilities are: visual designer and digital painter with Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator CC. I'm also a music producer and mix editor with Avid ProTools 12.

...but I'm also currently doing a vast research in 3D sculpting, 2D and 3D motion graphics and I will soon add my experiments on this page!

ISAACLAB is all about technique experimentation. In this process I often mix photographic, 2D and 3D materials to create appealing images.

To me "mecha design" has always been an example of perfection: technical complexity, visual clearness and artistic appeal can live togheter in Japan's multi-media masterpieces such as Gundam, Patlabor and Neon Genesis Evangelion.

If technical works as 3D motion graphics and mecha design may represent the highest form of visual clearness, I think the most visually pleasing expressions of art will only come from the observation of nature...

Above all... feminine figure is what I find the most dynamic.

A great part of a designer job's I think it's also pure editing and sketching. I do a lot of my brainstorming process in Photoshop just by picking up some special brush I made and grabbing a couple of photos from the Internet and then eventually after some hours this turns in a complete piece. You can call this process "Photobashing". To me it's just a bruch of design and concept...

These are examples of character designs made just with a bunch of textures and using only editing tools such as the lasso tool in photoshop
