Hip Extension

Prime Mover is Gluteus Maximus (responsible for the movement of the hip & thigh), Antagonist are the Psoas (contributes to the flexion of the hip), & the Synergists are the posterior head of the adductor magnus (helps flex the thigh & extend the thigh)

Hip Flexion

Prime Mover is Psoas (Flex the thigh and thigh), Antagonis are the Gluetus Maximus, & the Synergist are the Iliacus (flex the torso and thigh)
