PAY THE ATHLETE By: Hunter Gore

Athletes are basically working a full time job..
While juggling A full time college class schedule
Athlete's bring in a large percentage of revenue to their schools--but will never see any of the money they bring in.

The only difference between Division 1 athletes and professional athletes is the amount of revenue brought in, a result of the size of the stadiums, and the fan base behind the teams and schools.

As of right now, only certain sports athletes are paid on top of receiving a full ride scholarship.. All other sports are given a partial or no scholarship and no stipend and are left to pay the full college tuition and deal with student loans, this is an unequal opportunity.
