Delayed School Start Time Andrew Toth

This proves that children are not fully awake in school, hurting them academically.

Children need more sleep at night in order for them to work at their full potential and to succeed. This affects students now and for their future.

A teenager needs at least 9.5 hours of sleep to be fully productive in their long day of school.

Studies show when High School students get more sleep they have more energy throughout the day and experience less day time fatigue

This idea must be addressed by the board of Elizabethtown Area School District.
