A-Rod Josh Ahrens

Alex Rodriguez, el veintisiete de julio, jugador de baseball, nueva york

A-Rod was born in NY and moved to the Dominican Republic when he was 4. He then moved back to NY when he was in 4th grade. His dad left and his mom had to raise 3 children on her own. He went on to be the first overall pick to the Mariners and was then traded to the Rangers. He admitted to using PED's from 2001-2003. Alex was the 29th member of the 3000 hit club and was the youngest player to 500 HR's and the same thing for 600 HR's. He cheated again(scumbag) in 2014 and was suspended for 211 days. In spite of his PED's he still was a 14 time all-star and a ten time silver slugger with 2 gold gloves. He was also 4th all time in HR's so he will probably be in the Hall of Fame.

A-Rod has expanded baseball's popularity throughout other countries and has helped contribute to the change of rules in the MLB's organization. Because of his substance abuse issues, the MLB has been cracking down on more and more steroid uses such as Ryan Braun and Prince Fielder.
