How was your holiday and what did you do?
My break was pretty fun ,I got to finally get my sister to come down to San Marcos for the first time in four years. I got to spend a lot of time with my family and friends on Christmas. Then for New Years my sister and my friend went to a New Years party i had such a great time spend time with them for the New Year.
What is the most trouble you have ever given your parents? What is the most enjoyment you have ever given them?
I don't give my parents much trouble i give them my respect ,but there can be at most times where I'm not as obedient as i should be. The most enjoyment time i ever gave my mom would be birthdays we always take her out on her birthday and mother's-day.
Does writing help you express your feelings?
I believe writing helps me tremendously. It lets me express the way I think and feel in a positive way when I cant always talk about the way I'm feeling to other people. I keep a journal that I write in everyday it helps me relieve my stress from a hard day or when i just had a really good day as well.
What are your plans for the three day weekend?
This weekend i will be competing at my power lifting meet at Hays high school which i am excited about. I'm also happy that it's a three day weekend and i am going to sleep in good this weekend.
How do you decide if you like someone? How do you show interest in them?
How I decide if I like someone first i try to feel them out to see if the vibe is there ,and if not then it is was it is can't make everyone like me but i can try. How i would show interest in them I would deliver a nice smile and a wave to them and try to befriend them.
Have you ever "passed on a kindness"?
My mom and I went up to Austin one weekend to see my grandma and on the way there we always pack a sack of food for the homeless on the streets of Austin and tell them about Jesus Christ.
Who is your biggest fan?
My biggest fan i would say would probably be my mom. She has been there for me like no one else no matter if we fuss at each other i know that she will always have my best interest at heart. She has gone to every volleyball game every basketball game and every choir concert. Almost about every extra curricular activity.
What do you love most about yourself? What do others love about you?
What i love about myself is that I don't let people walk over me.what i would say others love about me is probably that I'm a kind and compassionate friend and i always have there back no matter what ,also that I'm not afraid to say whats on my mind what so ever.
How do you see yourself? How do you think others see you?
I see myself as a strong independent young women. How others view me I don't entertain it what other people think should not matter because i know who I am.
Do you treat people as they are, or as they ought to be?
I treat people the way they treat me the golden rule i would call it. If that person wants to be treated with respect they have to show respect also.
How were you taught to tell the truth?
I was taught to tell the truth at a very young age to just do what was right and respect people was the number one rule. My mom always stressed it enough to me to do the right thing and to be honest. Even at church they would always have lessons on telling the truth.
Have your parents ever practiced "long division" on you and your friends?
My parents have kicked one of my friends to the curb before when they felt like that friend was not a good influence on me.
When has a friend opened up a whole new world for you?
Friends express a lot of their feels to me. I'm always here to listen to what they need.
What is the most important advise you have ever received?
To never let anyone derail you from living your dream.
What was the stupidest thing you have ever done? Did someone persuade you to do it?
The stupidest thing I've ever done was trying this new thing that everyone was doing freshman year. I was a little persuaded because I wanted to know how it would make me feel after I got it.
Today is a free write journal today. I can't wait for this three day weekend. I'm extremely exhausted. I can't wait to sleep in; rest needed this week. Other than sleeping in this weekend I'm going to my second power-lifting meet this Saturday. I hope and wish i get first place this weekend!
What do you wish you knew then that you know now?
What i wish i knew then was that I'm smarter than i think I am. I can do all things in which Christ strengthens me. I would do more things with less regrets.
