boscatle flood how it happend?

The Boscastle flood happened in 2004 it happened because very heavy rain fell in storms close to the village causing two rivers to burst there banks about 2 billion liters of water then rushes down the valley straight into the boscastle. there were 50 damaged buildings, roads were blocked, 4 footbridges were washed away also 20 million insurance pay will now rise pavements and gardens were damaged from the amount of water.
