Conduct UX Analysis

Conduct UX analysis of article pages to inform improvements to layout in line with heuristic usability best practice (e.g. move related article CTAs).

This will require consultation to price up, but will effectively be the cost of the UX wireframe and any development work required to make changes that Language Connect wants us to do.

Undertake Social Listening & Content Audit

Undertake social listening and a content audit to optimise content planning/creation, and give content a better chance of performing to help us understand in more detail the features of top performing articles and better understand user needs. Alongside social listening, this could be used to inform content creation going forward that focuses on themes and topics we have evidence are of interest to users. This should be done as a minimum - exploring other high performing themes and topics.

£1700 + VAT Social Listening

£1,000 + VAT Content Audit (min price, per 50-100 pages depending on the criteria audited against).

Update Performing Content

Update top performing content with most recent information to ensure continued performance, A high bounce rate is indicative that the content onpage is not relevant to users. However, the fact users are clicking through in the first place suggests they expect something is available on page that is of interest to them.This provides further support for doing a content audit and social listening. For example, comparing articles with high bounce rate that align with popular themes and topics identified through social listening will enable us to understand how we might improve user engagement by changing the content (depth, focus, insights, originality) of articles we produce.

Editorial would need to be consulted on the cost of this after the social listening and content audit.

Conduct User Journey Analysis

Conduct user journey analysis to understand how users are interacting with the website and identify opportunities to optimise their journey to conversion (goal completion).

£1200-1800 + VAT (depending on requirements)


Tagging URLs, annotating GA with company and industry events are small, easy to make changes that we can advise Language Connect on if required, but ultimately it is your responsibility to implement or not. If implemented correctly, it will improve the quality of insights we're able to provide on a quarterly basis, and hopefully this will lead to accelerated improvement in website performance.
