Background Info:

My topic is about immigration , This topic that i'm going to be telling you is about immigration and on how they get treated different. I support immigration. I believe that all humans from different race should all be treated the same.

After four years of rapid growth the size of mexicans immigrants population has remain stable in recent years. In 2014 ,more than 11.7 million mexican immigrants resided in the united states. People are against immigration because they think if they come to the united states they will do drugs, and disobey the laws they have here. People say that it's an interference with mexican immigrants coming to the united states because there entering the united states of america and it's not there territory to come to the country.

I chose this topic because it interest me on how americans treat immigrants different from their race or where there from. Immigration means to me that immigrants can't do anything in america because their either not illegal or there coming to america for drugs. I think the immigration should invest in people who are trying to come in america to better themselves or to even work. When immigrants wanna come to the united states they have to do so much to get papers to even come to the united states and sometimes they have to.

First imagery argument:

The immigration system is gonna get worst i think now that trump becomes president , he also wants to build a wall for immigrants. How I feel about my topic is that I think people do not like mexicans and i'm ready to state how i feel about my topic. Others may feel not happy or feeling that i'm against immigration, they could feel like that they don't want mexicans or another race in their country. “The importance of immigration is that immigrants came primarily from southern and eastern europe to escape violence and political instability”. In the 1970s large numbers of people have come from mexico, china, korea and other country’s to be in the United States”.

Poetic argument:

I couldn’t understand the language she spoke,

at least not all of it,

but the emotion pouring past her lips,

the tears in her eyes, her clenched and shaking fists

enunciated more clearly,

than any piece of English Poetry I had ever read,

and grabbed me, held me still.

…In that moment, her soul was in my arms.

In that finite, tender breath of our lives,

she was my mother, my best friend…

but I could not console her.

I didn’t have the words;

and my heart sank into the

concrete between us,

wet with the pain of God’s rain

and her tears.

…Were my tears

So, I simply opened my palms

toward her crouched form and

spoke the only words I could

fathom, that would be accepted

by a stranger on a dangerous street.

"I am sorry, It will be okay. God will bless you."

I knew she did not understand…

"Lo siento"

“que va a estar bien”

“Dios te bendecira’ “

the words were as messy as the overturned

duffle bag at her feet…and fumbled, slowly

from my lips, as my knees hit the street.

Two strangers, cried in the rain,

knowing nothing of each other’s suffering,

and yet we shared the weight,

together, for those few moments;

the barrier of language was broken.

Love spoke for us.

…Love transcends any language

This poem explains that the girl speaks english and her mother speaks spanish and she doesn’t understand her mother besides the emotions her mother is showing her. The daughter tried to speak to her but she couldn’t she spoke the spanish she knew to her but it was kinda messy. But her mother still understood her. When they had there time together they spent it well together and they shared the weight they had together, like they cherish their moments they had together.

Primary solution:

Paragraph 1- My solution is about immigration. How people are racist against mexicans coming to the USA. They think that mexicans are not going to do anything better in the USA. Im also gonna fight for immigrants to get treated better by the police and the people in the community.

http://www.listland.com/top-10-solutions-to-illegal-immigration-in-the-usa/

Paragraph 2-The exact steps to become a citizen in the immigration process is that you need to get a green card. The second step is that you need to maintain a physical presence and complete a the USCIS form N-400. The third step is that you need to be fingerprinted to look at your background. You also need to pass the interview and naturalization test and attend the oath ceremony, then you're an american citizen. Other would probably not agree to let them in the USA, Some police that are in charge of the immigration make it harder for for mexicans to cross. www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8&safe=active&ssui=on#q=steps%20to%20become%20a%20citizen safe=active ssui=on

Paragraph 3-The effective that i think the solution will be at the end is that only some mexicans will come through. Some police that run the immigration will make it 10x harder for them. I think it depends on how the mexicans act during this process.I wish that it was easy for the immigrants to get through and come to american. I've been through the immigration process with my dad and it took a long time for him to become an American citizen.

Children's story:

Here's a story on how my dad got taken away from immigration. We were at my brothers baseball game in Biggs, CA. We got a scary phone call from our neighbor saying some police in some vans were looking for my Dad and the police told my neighbor to tell us to bring my Dad home but we didn't we took him to my aunt's house and me and my brother and my mom went home. When we got to my house it was so scary they were yelling at my mom asking where was my dad, my neighbor took me and my brothers to their house . When I was walking to my neighbors I heard my mom talking to my dad telling him to “Come to the house that the police was looking for him”. I was so freaked out and scared I started crying, crying for my dad not to leave. Once my dad got there the police got him in handcuffs and dropped him to the ground, they started talking to him and finally they let him get up and my dad and my mom and the police went into my house me and my brothers followed them. The police made my dad get clothes and his beauty essentials to take with him. Seeing my dad leave was the hardest thing ever, after they made him get his stuff they pushed him in the van and drove off. They took him to the Sacramento immigration plot thing that they had there with 20 other men. When we went to pick up my dad the next day we had to gather a lot of papers and things so he can become an American citizen. I remember my mom and my cousin telling me all about the things they had to go through for my Dad so we can have him back. By the time they picked up my Dad my mom and cousin got my dad just in time. They were going to take the other men that were in that immigration cell thing with my dad to Mexico. That day but my Mom got my Dad just in time and turned in everything she needed, when she got home with my dad , she told us that “God helped her through every step of the way”.

We were at a baseball game in Biggs, CA
We got a scary phone call from our neighbors saying there were immigration police were at our house in vans asking where my dad was. A immigration police is a police that keep track of people who are not from the USA and who miss appointments for their citizenship of being in America.
When we got home, and got outta the car the I.C.E team and the Police started yelling at my mom asking where my dad is but my mom wouldn’t tell them.
I was crying for my dad, I didn't want them to take him.
The police got my dad in handcuffs and dropped him to the floor.
The police went to into the house with my dad and me and my mom and my two brothers followed them.
They made my dad pack stuff , because the police were taking my dad.
Seeing my dad leave with the police was the hardest thing, The police took my dad to a immigration warehouse and kept him there overnight with a couple other people, until my mom came and got him.

Author's note:

I still think the same perspective on immigration and immigrants, because I find it that every human being should all be treated the same. I know some people wouldn't agree but I think everybody should be treated the same. The police should be a little bit more lean about how they make immigrants do extra work to become an american citizen. Americans think that immigrants are just lazy and dangerous which 95% of some immigrants are hardworking people. I believe immigrants should be allow to come here as easy as possible!
