Feudalism is the economic and political system that gives people a place in society. Everybody in feudalism helps each other. Everybody gets something in society. Without feudalism in society the population would over throw the people in power.

The Buddhism called Zen is used by many samurai because of it's emphasis on effort and discipline. Zen Buddhism was good for samurai. It helped the samurai focus their minds. This helps keep structure in society because without it the samurai couldn't focus and it would affect their training and fighting. Without the samurai fighting japan wouldn't have protection.

Appreciation for Beauty

The Japanese had a great appreciation for beauty. Beauty keeps structure in society because it helped distinguish what social rank you were in. Without the appreciation for beauty the Japanese would have trouble distinguishing what social rank you were in.
