My I have a dream speech. By: Luke Montgomery

I have a dream that some day the human race will notice the damage that pollution is causing. The amount of damage being done is almost non-reversible but we can stop it before it spreads. The pollution is not just ruining the environment but it is killing so many wonderful creatures such as all the waste being sent into the ocean for fish go die and choke on and its not just fish Sea turtles, dolphins, whales, and so many other sea creatures.

And a lot of other things are causing pollution like cars, factories, and nuclear plants. As Martin Luther king jr. Said “It really boils down to this: that all life is interrelated. We are all caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied into a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one destiny, affects all indirectly.” These are causing the world to warm up destroying many animals habitats and homes. And since the world is warming up ice caps are melting which is releasing diseases that have been dormant and frozen for 1000's of years. Last year a group of caribou were killed by a disease that has been frozen for thousands of years. I hope this speech will help a lot of people realize the damage that we are causing to the planet. And remember “Never, never be afraid to do what’s right, especially if the well-being of a person or animal is at stake. Society’s punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way.”
