Chipotle Mexican Grill has been experiencing some serious fire hole lately. From ecoli scares, unpaid eployees, and a spoiling stock price, Chipotle is in pain. It must change its ways or the pain will get worse. This change needs to come not from corporate, but from local Chipotle restaraunts and the people who work there. Chipotle restaraunts need to take safety and customer service to the extreme and communicate their efforts to the community. Stores must show how they care about the community that embraces it and understand the great responsibility of serving people food.
