I am excited and energized for the new school year! This is my second year at Lorca and I am grateful to be part of such a passionate school community. I believe elementary school should promote exploration, possibility, and inspire a love of learning. My aim is to provide a variety of experiences that engage all learners at their ability level.

I am Learning Behavior Specialist 1 certified and have a masters degree in special education. I am finishing coursework for an ESL endorsement. This learning will help me better serve our students.

Being from a small farm town in Illinois, I love to be outside! Working in my garden, camping, and traveling are some of my favorite things to do. I enjoy trying new restaurants with my friends and riding my bike to Lorca.
