Obergefell Vs Hodges case was about the groups of same sex marriage sued there state agencies in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Tennessee. they took this case to court and decided if its constitutionAL OR NOT.

Kendy Obergefell wanted them to legalize same sex marriage. he feel in love with Petitionor James. Him along with others sued the state agencies of Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Tennessee. He refers to the constitution, The fourteenth amendment a lot throughout his case.

Robert Hodges

Robert Hodges was a representing for Ohio. he refers to and explains why same sex marriage has no basis in the constitution. he mixed up race marriage and same sex marriage, that were struck down in loving v. Virginia.

The supreme court (June 26, 2015) decision was to let hold same sex marriage couples may exercise the fundamental right to marry I all states.

How did it affect the culture of the country

now anyone has the right to be with anyone they choose to. Now america has become more diverse. EVERYONE has the right to be with anyone and not negativity will never be given.
