As a school, we expect all pupils to uphold our core values:
Look out for our home-school agreement which has been sent out today (inC. via email) WHICH OUTLINES THE ROLE OF SCHOOL, PARENTS/CARERS AND PUPILS. IF PARENTS/CARERS COULD DISCUSS THIS WITH THEIR CHILD THEN SIGN AND RETURN IT TO SCHOOL THAT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.
AS ALWAYS, we are focusing on improving attendance across school. We know we can rely on both pupils and parents to support us in raising attendance and reaching OUR target of 97%. I am pleased to say that we have got off to a great start and that weekly attendance has been just below target since starting back in September:-

ACADEMY CONVERSION
As you will all already be aware, we are extremely pleased to announce that, in July 2021, Milefield Primary School officially became part of Hoyland Common Academy Trust (HCAT).
We have been working alongside HCAT now for the past 2 years who have supported school leaders to secure improvement and development to ensure the best possible education for our pupils.
This positive partnership has supported developments in:

Standards & Outcomes
alongside much more.
We are eager to continue our journey as a HCAT school and build on our successes so far.
