From 1 to 4 From wanderlust to mom

I moved to Budapest, Hungary in 2007 to teach English, travel and see the world. I was 25 and carefree! Below is the University I was privileged to teach at this University, Corvinus.

I decided to leave this beautiful city to head back to Lynchburg, VA to finish my Master's and gain more experience. I did both but I also met a very sweet boy.

He charmed me and won my heart and asked me to be his wife.

We got married on the hottest day of the year with friends and family.

We headed back to Budapest, land of the Magyars, to teach English and start a non-profit to promote volunteering.

Budapest Parliament & Margaret Island

We lived a fun travel life in Budapest and then decided it was time to start a family. So we moved back to the USA to work and have kids.

Our first baby was born about a year later-- William.

Then Xander joined us 22 months later--like crazy people ;)

Now these boys keep this mama grounded, literally, in Virginia but in 1.5 weeks, I'll head to Seattle and travel once again to the TESOL conference!! yaya
