March was a very busy month for RealSource with bringing on new team members, acquisitions, dispositions, and hosting strategic planning meetings. We are ready to bring in spring & leasing season with a bang!

Please welcome Jody Williams, Design Coordinator, and Debra McElhaney, Regional Manager, to the RealSource Team!

A little bit about Jody: Jody comes to us from Lexington, Kentucky. She and her husband have been married for 19 years and have 3 daughters: Abby, Kate and Caroline. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, has over 17 years of Property Manager experience and over 2 years experience in Landscape Design. Jody's true passion has always been anything and everything to do with interior design & over the years has been able to fine tune her passion into a skill-set. Welcome to the team, Jody!

A little bit about Debra: Debra joins our team from Dallas, Texas where she has been in the property management industry for twenty years. Prior to joining RealSource, Debra has worked as a Regional Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Property Manager. Her responsibilities have included managing extensive renovations, as well as new construction. Debra is a Military Veteran and holds an Associate Degree in Business Management. When not working, Debra enjoys volunteering and working with Military Veteran’s organizations, spending time with her Husband, family and 3 dogs, one of which is a retired contract war dog. Welcome to the team, Debra!

Quarter 1 Community Trend Reports

WAY TO GO TEAMS for increasing your first quarter scores over Q4! Unfortunately, it looks like we fell just short of the National SatisFacts Index for the first quarter of 2017. Let's focus on increasing our Insite+ Work Order scores for April and reach for that 4.37 average!

Below are a few tips to get a higher response rate from your community.

Tips to get a higher survey response rate:

1. Try Incentives! Offer your residents an incentive to complete their surveys & share their reviews.

2. Reminders! Use stickers or notes on work orders when they're completed to remind residents to look for their survey email.

3. Make sure your information is up to date! Send out an information update sheet to your residents on a quarterly basis. Having current and valid email addresses for your residents is essential for the success of your SatisFacts surveys.
