On March 14, Bill Finneran, grandparent of Catherine Hamilton '19, Annie Hamilton '22, and Mary Grace Hamilton '27, hosted alumnae, parents, parents of alumnae, grandparents, and students at his home for our annual Palm Beach Gathering. Each year we look forward to this event as a chance to welcome and connect with multiple generations of our Sacred Heart Greenwich community.
Sacred Heart Greenwich earns first ever The College Board AP® Computer Science Female Diversity Award
Earlier this month, Sacred Heart Greenwich earned the first ever The College Board AP® Computer Science Female Diversity Award for achieving high female representation in AP Computer Science Principles. Out of more than 18,000 secondary schools worldwide that offer AP courses, Sacred Heart is one of only 685 to accomplish this.

Remember the day you received your ring? On March 28, the juniors received their rings during one of our favorite Sacred Heart Greenwich traditions, symbolizing the passing of leadership from the Class of 2019 to the Class of 2020.
Interim Report on Giving
Sacred Heart Greenwich has much to celebrate including the generosity of its community! The Interim Report on Giving acknowledges gifts and pledges as of February 28. The 2018-2019 Fund for Sacred Heart ends June 30, 2019.

Students Awarded at the Connecticut STEM Fair
11 students were recently awarded for their research at the annual Connecticut STEM Fair.

Courtney Reynolds '10 serving as president of the Student National Medical Association (SNMA) chapter at Georgetown University School of Medicine
As president of the SNMA at Georgetown University School of Medicine, Courtney Reynolds '10 has continued the group's tradition of annually holding a Black History Month event. This year, her group organized “Melanin in Medicine: Dissecting Diverse Experiences," an event aimed to discuss the marginalization and inequality experienced by patients and practitioners in medicine, and the inclusion and success of medical students.
Gabriella Almeida '07 awarded AASH award for Generosity and Service
Congratulations to Alumnae Board Member Gabriella Almeida '07 for receiving the AASH Maryliz deVito Lincoln Generosity and Service Award! Gabriella will be recognized at 42nd AASH National Conference in New Orleans on April 26-27. Co-hosted by Sacred Heart Greenwich, Greenwich Academy and Brunswick, the Annual Writers Festival features accomplished writers who offer students advice and lead workshops. This year, our very own Sylvia Khoury '08, playwriter of Selling Kabul, Power Strip, The Place Women Go, and Against the Hillside, will speak at the event.
