Introducing the Self Service portal

Live 5th April

As part of commitment to improving IT services at Fletcher Building, Group Technology (GT) is introducing the Self Service Portal. We have created the Self Service Portal for you to log and track your IT issues and requests. The portal has been tested by two Business Units and Group Technology.

It's now ready for all Business Units to use. From the 5th April you will be able to raise new service issues and requests and view progress of any existing tickets.

Some of the features you'll see

An intuitive layout that gives you the ability to

• Raise an issue if you have a problem with your IT

• Ordering items such as Computers, phones and other IT accessories

• Track the progress of your issue or request without having to call the Service Desk for an update

• Add comments to tickets that are in progress (provide more information)
