When you come to your session here's how the flow will go:
- Welcome, sign portrait agreement, payment - 5-10mins
- Hair & Make up with Alexis - 1hr-1 1/2hrs
- Get dressed - 5mins
- Start session, walk you through posing - 30-45mins
- Wrap up and ordering appointment setup - 5-10mins

All the tips & tricks you need to know!
- Setup Pre-Consultation w/ Morgan to discuss everything covered in this document and lingerie options specifically for you!
- Maximum of 2 outfits picked out: browse my lingerie client closet or use the suggested retailers below! Some of my favorite online go too's are: Shein, Amazon, Matt Mathews Boutique, Torrid, Victoria Secret, Nasty Gal, Bluebella, Savage X Fenty. Local to Buffalo, NY: Victoria's Secret, Pandora's Boxxx, Lace and Day, Tj Maxx, Forever 21.
- How to choose your hair & makeup look for your session: NO worries if you're not sure what you want! Alexis our HMUA will take into account your eye color, shape, and your skin type. She will also take into account your outfit colors as well. Winged eyeliner is not recommended. If you have an inspiration photo for hair or makeup please have it ready for Alexis! Hair can be pretty much anything you want! Fun waves are always a classic look for boudoir, but Alexis can master any style you're looking for!
1-2 Weeks out:
- Get your hair done girl, you do not want those roots showing through in your images!
- NAILS! They are so important for ring and detail shots. Clean, painted or fake are perfect! No chipped nails will be fixed later!
- The notorious SPRAY TAN- I do NOT recommend getting a spray tan prior to your session. Spray booth or professional you will have lines and unevenness. Lingerie will show off any lines and likely leave your skin looking orange. Besides, be your most natural self- this shoot is about you being confident in your everyday skin!
- Waxing- Please make sure this is completed 4-5 days BEFORE your session. This is stressful on the skin even if you're an experienced waxer. We don't want to risk any skin irritations from any makeup, lotions, etc.
- Jewelry cleaned, if you wear rings definitely get them cleaned before & its FREE!
- If you're like me and self conscious about your nipples go grab some nipple covers! They sell them at Target in the bra section or you can buy them on Amazon! Silicone are my favorite but they have tons of different options if you're worried about them! You absolutely do not need them but I always like to bring it up, just incase! Pasties are always an option as well. Simpler designs are better for under mesh lingerie. If you want them to really stick out, get crazy!
- Not a lipstick person, go out and grab the color you like! We always suggest a nude lip, and you can always ask us for suggestions for you!
1 Day Before:
- Wash & Blow dry your lovely locks!
- Shave/Groom however you normally do.

Lingerie will show off those lines and likely leave your skin looking orange. Besides, be your most natural self- this shoot is about you being confident in your everyday skin!
- Get a good nights sleep! You'll be refreshed and ready for any poses I throw at you!
- NO alcohol the night before/morning of your session! We want this session to empower you and we can't achieve that if your feeling yucky!
Day of:
- Wear a low collar shirt, or button up on top
- Don't wear a bra
- Don't wear socks or tight pants, we don't want any lines on your skin!
- Wash & moisturize your face. (No tinted moisturizer) Absolutely no makeup on. If you arrive with makeup on you will be asked to remove it before Alexis begins her services.
- Be sure to eat something light before hand, we don’t want you passing. I recommend not eating anything greasy
- Drink lots of water, and take a Tylenol. You will be bending and posing in unusual ways this will prevent you from being sore the day after your session.
What to bring with you:
- Your badass self
- Outfits (bring extra if your unsure, we can figure it out together!)
- Mascara
- Chapstick & Lipstick
- Lotion for your leggies
- Nipple covers (not necessary)
- Accessories: Jersey, hat, glasses, shoes, jewelry
