Terms & Conditions

Duration: We estimate that 3 months is the time required until our action plan is being understood and applied by top management. After the 3 month period (12 weeks), if both parties wish to extend the partnership, we are happy to seat down and draw a new action plan linked with a new contract. Of course, after the mission being completed, we are happy to remain at board's members entire disposal as our service includes a follow up philosophy.

Price: Full package of 8.000 euros

Presence on Site: In addition to the office time spent working on your project, during the 12 weeks period, 2 consultants will be present on site, for 8 hours per week. They will be here to provide the Inspirational Workshops to all employees and create the Employee Engagement program with the management. We would also love to meet both of you on weekly basis to adjust, maintain and improve to business. We understand your schedule is very tight therefore we believe meeting one by one would be beneficial enough.

Confidentiality: At all times during and after the term of this Agreement, Lisbon Winery and Peach Hospitality will hold in strictest confidence and will not use or disclose to any third party, any Lisbon Winery confidential Information. The term “Lisbon Winery Information” means all non- public information that Lisbon Winery designates as being confidential or which under the circumstances of disclosure ought to be treated as confidential.

Payment: Our policy is set on the following schedule: 50% payment upfront, 50% payment at the end of 12 weeks action plan being completed.
