Battle Cancer Dublin 08.02.20 Workouts

We will be running four floors simultaneously with heats rotating through the workouts.

This means the workouts will not necessarily be completed in this order. Watch out for your team's colour assignment and specific timetable - this will be emailed to you, on social media and available on the day.

At the beginning of the day your team will be given your coloured wristband - make sure that you're on the floor that is running the workout for your team's colour.
