Physical Fitness- is a general state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities

Muscular Strength- is defined as the ability of a muscle group to develop maximal contractile force against a resistance in a single contraction

Muscular Endurance- is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time

Cardio Respiratory Endurance- is a measurement of how well your heart, lungs and muscles work together to keep your body active over an extended period of time

Flexibility- is the quality of bending easily without breaking

Body Composition- is a special term used in physical fitness that measures the percentage of fat, muscle, water and bone found in the human body

Agility- is the ability to be quick and graceful

Balance- is an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady

Coordination- is the organization of the different elements of a complex body or activity so as to enable them to work together effectively
