Getting Ready for Summer THe 30 Days to 30 push-UpS Challenge

The 30 Days to 30 Push-ups Challenge is intended to help you get your arms toned and tight for short-sleeved shirt weather.

The challenge is designed for you to start by using a style that is do-able so that you can perform a low number of push-ups. As you progress in the challenge you will add to number of push-ups you are doing so that on Day 30 you will crush 30 push-ups. You can also, if desired, make progress in the style of push-ups you are doing to a form that is more challenging for you.

Wall Push-Ups

Counter Push-Ups

A mid-range form that calls for a little more strength in your arms, chest, and core.

Chair Push-Ups

On your knees or on your feet, you will know that you have made progress when you move to this style.
