IMN-PN Updates
NEW IMN-PN NETWORK COORDINATOR
- 'Uy' skweyul! Hello everyone! I wanted to say Hychka Siem to Alex, Charlotte and Zoe for helping me as I transition into my new role as IMN-PN Network Coordinator. For the past five years I've been living, studying and working on the ancestral lands of the Attawandaron people and the treaty lands and territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit at the University of Guelph. I grew up as a guest on Lil'wat territory north of Mt. Currie and I'm of Penelakut, European and First Nations ancestry. I'm excited and thankful to be back at the University of Victoria where my journey first began as a LE,NOṈET student. I'm looking forward to meeting and working alongside all of you and want to pay my respects and say thank you as I transition into this role on the Songhees, Esquimalt and WSÁNEC peoples on whose traditional lands our Centre is housed.
- If you want to connect or find out more about the network please feel free to reach me at: imnpn@uvic.ca
